Cancellation Policy

My guest therapists are independent, self-employed professionals who are not employed by us. While they use our booking platform, they are solely responsible for managing your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to receive hands-on treatment. Please disclose this information prior to your session to ensure your safety.
